Mike is the Leader of Halton Council a position he has held for the last four years. 

He also represents the Borough on The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and has responsibility for Economic Development and Business. Mike is determined to seek residents views on matters that affect them recognising that the priorities for the council as we move forward can only be arrived at via meaningful consultation with our communities. 

Mike remains determined to attract investment into the borough and the ward and see frontline Council services protected.
