Dave was born and bred in Runcorn and having lived here all his life, remaining passionate about working for local residents and taking up battles on behalf of the community in Palace fields, Brookvale and Hallwood Park, making sure that local residents get their voices heard. He is currently the Deputy Leader of the Council and as a member of the Council’s Executive Board leads oversight of its Major Projects, including a key role in delivering new investment into Runcorn. Dave is an active member of the Runcorn Town Neighbourhood Board which will bring forward for Runcorn the Labour Government’s £20 million Plan for Neighbourhoods programme.
