Tom is a resident in the Norton South & Preston Brook ward, living in the community he represents. Having lived locally for over 40 years Tom remains passionate about the area and he has dedicated himself to improving the lives of local people in Brookvale, Sutton Park and Preston Brook. Working with his two ward colleagues, Tom tackles resident issues with the Council and housing providers. As a local resident himself he is particularly passionate about investment being drawn in the area and improving opportunities for local people.
