Sharon has lived in Runcorn all of her life and is married with 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren who attend schools in the Halton Castle ward. She has been a Councillor for 5 years and quickly established a reputation as someone that works hard for the residents of Castlefields, Halton village and The Brow area. She has previously run a business in the ward and been a local School Governor. Sharon is a well-connected, active member of the community, and continues to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Council when making sure the voice of Castlefields, The Brow and Halton Village residents get heard. She is currently Vice Chair of the Council’s Development Management Committee and a represents Halton outside of the borough too, being a Deputy Portfolio Holder in the Liverpool City Region (LCR).
