Rosie has lived in Runcorn for over 40 years and is married with four children. With extensive experience working for local Labour MPs, she has supported thousands of residents, earning a strong reputation as a dedicated and effective advocate for the people of the Mersey & Weston Ward. Rosie is particularly passionate about the regeneration of Runcorn and is committed to improving neighbourhoods across the ward, including areas such as Weston.
She currently serves as Chair of the Council’s Development Management Committee and is an active member of the Runcorn Town Neighbourhood Board. In this role, she is helping to deliver the Labour Government’s £20 million Plan for Neighbourhoods programme, which will bring significant investment and positive change to Runcorn.
